Exercises are graded with modifications for injuries and progressions for those needing a further challenge.
This class is a suitable option for clients who wish to rehabilitate following an injury, or manage an existing condition such as lower back pain.
One-to-One, Couples and Small Private Classes
A bespoke service. Pilates exercise prescription and programmes to suit your goals and needs.
A moderate paced class, designed for those with good levels of flexibility and core strength, with minimal or no injuries.
This class is not suitable for complete beginners or those who are new to fitness/Pilates.
